Delivery of Goods
You may make an order for the purchase of any Product that is offered through the Website by beiruthardware.co.ke
Whenever you make an order, you declare that you have provided all necessary details for the delivery of the Product to the destination specified by you in the Order;
Any Product purchased from beiruthardware.co.ke will be delivered to you within 3 hours for order within Nairobi and within 24hrs countrywide from the time you place your order. beiruthardware.co.ke shall however not be liable to you in any way for failure of delivery being made to you within the indicated timelines;
Unless otherwise stated, all charges/prices for Products shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings;
As a User, you will pay for the Products and Services provided by beiruthardware.co.ke in accordance with the prices/tariff guide posted on the Website or communicated by beiruthardware.co.ke from time to time.
You will be required to enter a valid phone number while placing an order on the Website. By registering your phone number with Us, you consent to be contacted by beiruthardware.co.ke via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any order or delivery-related updates
Payment
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by beiruthardware.co.ke, We will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your bank(s), or
Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
Return of Goods
Should you fail to take delivery of the Product for any reason other than a failure of the Product which was within the control of beiruthardware.co.ke, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product to beiruthardware.co.ke store.
If a Product offered on the Website is not as reasonably described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Goods/products should be returned within 30 days.
If beiruthardware.co.ke is unable to deliver a Product due to legal requirements, beiruthardware.co.ke will return or will give credit for the amount received by beiruthardware.co.ke from the sale of such product that could not be delivered to you
Refund/Order Cancellation
If beiruthardware.co.ke comes across any difference in pricing resulting from typographic errors with regards to pricing or product information, beiruthardware.co.ke shall have the right to rectify the same or cancel the order(s) and refund money, if any, collected from You within 24 hours of such corrective action taken. The mode of refund will be the same as that made by you to beiruthardware.co.ke unless otherwise advised by beiruthardware.co.ke
beiruthardware.co.ke reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where We are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with Alpha surgical policy or for any reason. beiruthardware.co.ke will use best endeavors to communicate the cancellation of an order in reasonable time, to the concerned person, and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time
